Cardi B Officially Has More #1 Billboard Hot 100 Hits Than Any Other Female Artists

Cardi B can now count all of her No. 1 hits on one hand. Billboard announced on Monday (March 22) that the Bronx rapper notched her fifth chart-topper on the Billboard Hot 100 as “Up” soared from No. 6 to No. 1 this week.
Cardi performed the braggadocios tune as part of her memorable medley at last week’s Grammy Awards alongside Megan Thee Stallion. “Up” reaches the Hot 100 apex in its sixth week on the chart after debuting at No. 2 in February.
“I want God to come see me in my dreams when I take my nap today so I can kiss his feet and tell him how much I love him,” an excited Cardi B wrote on Instagram in response to the news. “Yoooooo shit is amazing yoooooo. I got no words. Actually, I got a lot of words but I can’t type it all NUMBER 1!”
The 28-year-old extends her record of having the most No. 1s of any woman rapper. Cardi’s No. 1 history outside of “Up” includes “Bodak Yellow,” “I Like It” with J Balvin and Bad Bunny, Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You” and “WAP.”
“Up” collected 22 million streams and 18,000 downloads during the week ending March 15.
