50 Cent wins a temporary order against Tia Kemp, restricting her contact with Sire and setting a November 3 court hearing.
A Florida judge ordered Kemp to remain at least 500 feet from 14-year-old Sire, according to court documents reviewed by TMZ. The order forbids direct or indirect contact, including messages or posts aimed at the teenager through social media.
Kemp also cannot possess firearms or ammunition under the temporary order and must surrender any weapons after being served. The judge issued the restrictions Monday, granting the rapper’s earlier request.
The initial petition accused Kemp of targeting Sire online across several posts and making claims about his development. The claims about the child’s health have not been established, and the injunction is not a final ruling on them.
50 had objected publicly to using a supposed diagnosis as an insult. “This is the greatest example of bullying a minor saying he is on the spectrum. I have friends who kids are, it’s not a joke.”
His lawyers used stronger language in a separate federal civil complaint. “Ms. Kemp shamelessly used the label ‘on the spectrum’ as a pejorative slur hurled at a child to humiliate him and his family. But autism is not shameful. What is shameful is fabricating a diagnosis for a private child, inventing a sexually degrading cause for it, and broadcasting both to a mass audience.”
