Young Thug has claimed that Drake was dissing Gunna on the intro to his album Business is Business.
The album dropped while Thugger was still behind bars on RICO charges and in a newly leaked call featuring the Atlanta rapper, he claims the album features lines aimed at Gunna.
Thug claims that Drake was doing the dissing: “Drake got down, went straight at his ass. Drake did the intro for the album. He went right at his ass in the worst way. He trip on the intro. First eight bars talking nasty to the boy.”
On the intro, titled “Parade on Cleveland”, Drake said: “I’m about to mop up some boys, it’s custodian time / Me and my thoughts is the loneliest time / Don’t tell me ’bout loyalty, show me this time / Don’t tell me ’bout loyalty, show me this time / Business is business, you owe me this time.”
In another leaked call, Thugger called out Drake for allegedly not doing enough to help him get release from jail.
The Atlanta rapper can be heard saying: “Drake, you Drake, go talk to the president.”
He then adds: “‘Aye, man, let my little brother out. Go pardon him, go do something.’ Go talk to the president and get me out, show me that. Don’t call me talking about, ‘Fix something’ for you to have a song from a n-gga. Man, ain’t nobody give a fuck about no song.”
Drake has yet to comment on Thug’s remarks but it is known that the 6 God gifted his “Sacrifices” collaborator $1 million when he was finally released on time served last year after agreeing a plea deal.
