When she’s not plotting world domination, Qiana enjoys chasing sunsets for the
thrills & especially the aesthetics. She invests her time in her family, relationships &
friendships.
Qiana Farres is a daughter, sister, friend & loved young lady. She is a creative
individual who is not afraid to think outside the box. She enjoys creative problem solving &
using her energy to grow personally & professionally.
Since a young age, Qiana has gravitated towards entrepreneurship. Today she is a
Self Published Author, Illustrator & Entrepreneur. Creator & Illustrator of her original book,
“Kids Who Create”. Using creative reading, writing, drawing & an engaging style, “Kids Who
Create” is to inspire the next generation. The book itself inspires young creatives to produce
their own unique stories as they gain perspective about themselves & the world around
them.
On the other hand, she is a Commercial Realtor with Azimuth Real Estate providing
resources to buyers, sellers & investors in New Jersey. She provides educational content to
equip individuals with the education needed to invest & protect one’s assets. Qiana enjoys
networking events that promote collaboration instead of competition.
Additionally, Qiana engages her community through community service specializing
in child care & education. She volunteers her time with various charities & organizations
that promote the education & wellness of children. These organizations include: Bethany
Church, Circles of Color Community Organization, Kids Who Care, Lighthouse Pregnancy
resource centers & Free Reads Mentoring Program.
