Clair-Ann R Carbon is a qualified Environmental Health Officer with a Master’s Degree in Disaster Management and Climate Governance. Clair-Ann believes that the impact that we as humans have on the environment can be detrimental to our existence in the near future; and works hard in helping people manage their impact on the environment on the small island of Dominica.
