On Monday (October 21), Billboard revealed Rod had landed his seventh top 10-charting album with Last Lap debuting at No. 2 on the chart with 127k equivalent album units earned.
Last Lap marks his second No. 2 debut, while he’s also had four No. 1 debuts and one No. 10 debut. It follows 2023’s Nostalgia, which debuted at the top of Billboard 200 with roughly 137k total album-equivalent units in its first week.
