J. Cole‘s 2014 single “No Role Modelz” reached a major milestone this week, as it hit the Diamond (10 million) mark in sales.
The track was certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on Tuesday (December 10). In fact, it vaulted past Diamond, all the way to 14 times platinum, or 14 million units.
“No Role Modelz” is now Cole’s second Diamond song, following “Middle Child,” which hit that bar in July.
It has, however, gone on to become one of Cole’s most enduring songs.
“No Role Modelz” was reported two years ago to have passed 10 million units, but it was never certified until this week.
