Music News DaBaby Receives Several Gold & Platinum Plaques For His Hits TheRReport April 19, 2021 1 min read DaBaby’s dominance across the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) remains a force to be reckoned with.On Sunday (April 18), DaBaby braved Florida’s lingering COVID-19 threat to go stupid alongside HipHopDX Rising Star Toosii and his Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment roster for the DaBaby and Friends concert inside the Orlando Amphitheater.During the apex of his set, South Coast Music Group CEO Arnold Taylor surprised the North Carolina rapper with several platinum plaques earned from his albums Baby on Baby, KIRK and Blame It on Baby. Leading the platinum plaque charge was the Roddy-Ricch featured “ROCKSTAR,” which is now 5x platinum. 2019 HipHopDX Song of the Year “Suge” (where DaBaby also received the DX Top Rapper Award) was bestowed its 4th platinum centerpiece.
