VALDOSTA, GA — Community engagement and civic awareness will take center stage on March 31 as The Game Changers with Angela Ward, in partnership with several respected business leaders and entrepreneurs, hosts a Meet the Candidates Forum for residents of Lowndes County and the City of Valdosta.
The event will be held at the Valdosta Performing Arts Center from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., bringing together candidates, community members, and local leadership for an evening focused on open dialogue and informed decision making.
Organized by Angela Ward, host of The Game Changers, the forum is being presented in collaboration with prominent regional leaders including Daniel Bayman, CEO of The McKey, Cody Radney, CEO of Amos Cody Enterprises LLC, John Hogan of 24 Tire, and Patrick Gloster, Founder of The R Report Media Group, along with other community partners.
The event is designed to provide citizens with the opportunity to hear directly from candidates seeking public office, learn about their vision for the future, and gain insight into the policies and priorities that could shape the direction of Lowndes County and Valdosta.
“Our goal is simple,” said Angela Ward. “We want to create a space where the community can come together, hear from those who want to lead, and have meaningful conversations about the issues that matter most to our region.”
The forum will encourage respectful discussion while allowing residents to better understand the positions and perspectives of those running for office. Community leaders believe events like this are essential for strengthening civic participation and empowering voters to make informed decisions at the ballot box.
The evening is expected to draw a diverse audience of residents, business professionals, local leaders, and community organizations who share a commitment to the continued growth and progress of the region.
Media outlets are expected to be present to cover the event, and additional details regarding participating candidates will be announced in the coming days.
Residents throughout Lowndes County and the City of Valdosta are encouraged to attend and take part in this important civic moment. The forum is open to the public and aims to serve as a platform for transparency, dialogue, and community engagement.
