LAKELAND, GA- Steve Gustus aka DJ Wiz Native to Snow Hill Maryland & Delmarva Pennsylvania area. I started DJing in 1978 and I have been apart of several DJ groups since the beginning of my career. I have done numerous community and celebrity events. Currently I have partnered with a friend Tucker Williams and we have started a entertainment company called T & S Entertainment Group LLC, as well as recently signing to Edmonds Music Independent Record Label. I am currently on air with multiple radio stations such as In Da Mix Radio, and Wesley Beats Radio. My hustle, grind and execution of DJing has really made a difference in my life. I thank God, and my biggest fan & supporter my wife Alva Gustus. I recently had the chance to sit down with DJ Wiz and talk with him about the new opportunities that has recently came his way in 2026.
Q: Since our last interview with you. You’ve been a busy man. You and your DJ partner constantly are doing two or three gigs a day. And you guys were honored by the Senate in your city. Tell us about being honored at your state capital, and what that experience was like.
DJ Wiz: Being honored at our State Capital, for me was the most Exciting thing that has ever happened in my entire DJ career.
Q: You have been in multiple publications in the last couple years, Growing your name on a bigger scale. And you have been on multiple radio stations. How do those accomplishments make you feel?
DJ Wiz: Being in multiple publications, and on multiple radio stations tells me that my hustle and grind is starting to pay off.
Q: Being a part of Edmonds Music Inc has been very special to you. Being the label DJ, and always going so hard for the label. But you recently were promoted to President of Edmonds Music Inc. What were you doing when you got the news about you being the new president of the label, and how did that make you feel?
DJ Wiz: When I got the news that I was promoted to the President of Edmonds Music Inc, it made me pause and reflect on my entire life as a DJ. It was really hard to believe that this was happening to me. I really feel grateful for the opportunity.
Q: As new President of Edmonds Music Inc, What are your goals, and plans to help the legacy of the label continue moving forward?
DJ Wiz: As President of Edmonds Music Inc I plan on pushing our brand worldwide, and to continue the Edmonds legacy bringing the world that feel good music moving forward.
Q: We’re just two and a half months into 2026, and things have really taken off for you. What can we expect next from DJ Wiz?
DJ Wiz: You can expect to see DJ Wiz and Edmonds Music Inc in a city near you.
