El’Guapo Cash who’s birth name is Marcus Clark Jr. Born and raised in
Albany, Ga. On August 21, 1995 a star was born. After some life trials and
tribulations El’Guapo found him self in trouble with the law in his early teen
years causing him to be in and out of the Juvenile system. A few years of
trouble and no schooling Cash really turned to the streets and ended up in Big
Boy jail at 18 , doing nearly a year in the County Cash turned to rhyming. The
more he realized that he could rhyme so good he then decided he would take
his talents to the rap game. After coming home on probation El’ Guapo said
bye bye to the streets and hello to the studio. With him losing some real close
friends to gun violence and jail the 19 year old rapper stayed away from
trouble and embedded his time locked and loaded in the studio making music.
His first single “Dope” was a real classic not knowing that the same exact beat
he used for the song would end up being a number 1 billboard record in the
country but definitely not the song that Cash published. It was the California
artist O.T Genesis who took the beat and ran with it topping the charts with
the single “Cut It”. That’s when the now 20 year old artist standing 5’6 with a
barrage of colors in his Dreadlocks and a swagger so mean that he knew it
was time go his own route. Back in the studio going harder “El’Guapo”
decided to drop two singles now instead of one, “Notice Me” & “WHOA”.
Letting nothing get in his way he tallied up a handful of showcases and Open
Mic’s winning them by landslides. From opening up for Atlanta’s own YFN
Lucci, going on tour with the Legendary Field Mob, even doing a numerous
high school functions through out the year . On His 21st Birthday the Albany,
Georgia rapper decided to drop his anticipated mixtape “TRAP BABY”
giving the people a light on what his life was really about. With over 10,000
Views and Streams the new and improved El’Guapo Cash felt like that setting
a goal was the best thing for him & his family, and from now on out he’s not
stopping for nothing. Cash states in one of his tracks Upper My Standards:
“Had to show my own self the road forget digging you can see the vision”.
Meaning that you can be anything you want in life. So what’s next for El
Guap going into 2017 you guys stay tuned! As Cash him self would say “Yea
Dat Way”. Success is Great but if it doesn’t comes with a price tag then
what’s the reason. “EL GUAP”
